Any equipment purchased as a result of this IFB shall be delivered to the following address and unloaded by the supplier onto the loading dock located at: 16 & Gibbon., Laramie, WY 82071. The University will provide full placement and installation of purchased equipment. The University of Wyoming reserves the right to accept or reject a bid on any or all items, to waive any irregularities or informalities and to award the contract in the best interest of the University
