West Campus Plant Boiler Build Out. Project Description: All labor and materials to install condensing boilers and inline circulation pumps within an actively operating condensing boiler plant. The estimated project completion date is October 31, 2024. , for the West Campus Plant Boiler Build Out Project. A Public Bid Opening Will Be Held at That Time in Conference Room 130 of the Service Building on the University of Wyoming S Laramie Campus. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Work for this project includes demolition, materials, labor, transportation, security, temporary construction and other items identified in, or reasonably inferable from the Construction Drawings and Project Manual and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. 2. The project scope is to install the remaining boilers, flues, pumps, and supporting ancillaries to complete the West Satellite Plant by bring it to it's full heating capacity, as originally designed. All project work will be contained within the existing West Satellite Plant (WSP) building structure. Much of the infrastructure spporting the boilers was installed during the original WSP construction phase in 2020. Existing conditions must be carefully reviewed prior to submitting bids to avoid pricing duplicate components. Existing systems that were partially installed during previous work efforts and intended to support the new boilers include, but are not necessarily limited to: equipment pads, HWS/R piping stub-outs, gas piping, electrical circuits, HVAC controls components, and common boiler flues. The site should also be inventoried for any stock-piled materials that may have been purchased during original construction and intended for later use during the final buildout. Heating water plant is to remain in operation during construction. Upon execution of this Contract or at the latest prior to start of the construction, the CONTRACTOR shall furnish to the Owner a bond in the amount of the contract price
