State may request snow removal service during work hours as conditions require. Bidder will provide pre-approved ice melt in quantities enough to provide safe passage for any worker or visitor on the Century Center grounds. Bidder must have facilities or service providers within a commuting distance to meet this requirement. Attachment 1 - map of Century Center Provide a detailed cost proposal - the hourly rate for each piece of equipment and operator. This Contract term (Term or Initial Term) begins on its Effective Date, and ends on September 30, 2025
