Remodeling of a municipal facility in Bismarck, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
**As of February 2, 2024, selected architect is HTG (architect)" The Board of Burleigh County Commissioners (County Board) is requesting proposals for the remodel of the County-owned Provident Life Building (approx. 34,000 sq ft) located at 316 N 5th St, Bismarck. Persons submitting proposals to work with the County Board and perform services shall be registered in the State of North Dakota. All proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope with the name, address, phone number, and North Dakota registration number of the bidder on the outside of the envelope and clearly indicate "Provident RFP". Requests for additional information, contact County Auditor Mark Splonskowski, 701-222-6718. The County Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive technicalities, or to accept such as may be determined to be in the best interest of the County.
