The main goal for this RFP is to develop site assessments for Fraser Health's portfolio of acute care sites and outpatient surgical centre. This high level master planning work will help Facilities Management develop a land and facilities development strategy to best support Clinical Operations in the immediate and longer term. *Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for projects Architectural Services for Acute Care projects greater than $150,000 are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for projects Architectural Services for Acute Care projects greater than $150,000 Proponents proposing to use Sub-Consultants for the following disciplines should use firms that are included on the Authority's pre-qualified list of engineers (pre-qualified for any fee category).
