As of November 20, 2023 the project was awarded to Tri County Mix Concrete but the awarded amount is not available. Removal of the existing roof panels and damaged insulation over bay. All metal sheets removed will be stacked on premises and other debris shall be removed from premises. New metal shall be screwed to existing purlins with new R19 insulation over the bay area and bubble radiant barrier added over the existing insulation over living areas. Quote must include all materials, labor, and permitting. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: 1. Remove sheet metal stack and leave on premises. 2. Replace new sheet metal with new R 19 insulation over the bay area and add bubble radiant barrier over existing insulation over living areas. 3. Remove all other debris from premises.
