Remodeling of a municipal facility in Urbandale, Iowa. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
The Project consists of the Interior office remodeling involving the demo of an existing transaction counter and the creation of several new offices. Materials include but not limited to metal stud framing, drywall, millwork, hollow metal door frames, wood veneer doors, carpet, paint. Minor mechanical, electrical, HVAC and sprinkler system adjustments. Bid Security shall be in the amount of (5%) five percent of total bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide surety Performance and Payment Bonds in an amount equal to (100%) one hundred percent of the Contract Sum.
