Marquardt School District 15, DuPage County, IL will solicit bids from qualified trade contractors for the Addition and Renovations at Charles G. Reskin Elementary School. Bid Release 1 consists of the following trades: 02A-1 Demolition, 03A-1 Concrete/Excavation, 04A-1 Masonry, 05A-1 Structural Steel, 06A-1 General Trades, 06B-1 Casework/Millwork, 07A-1 Roofing-Sheet Metal, 07C-1 Air & Weather Barrier, 08B-1 Doors/Frames/Hardware, 08C-1 Aluminum, Glass & Glazing, 09A-1 Drywall, 09C-1 Acoustics, 09F Flooring/Tile, 09G-1 Painting, 11A-1 Food Service Equipment, 21A-1 Fire Protection, 22A-1 Plumbing, 23A-1 HVAC, and 26A-1 Electrical. The proposed project consists of an addition (courtyard infill) and renovation. Marquardt School District 15 reserves the right to reject any bids, or any part thereof, or to accept any bid or any part thereof, or to waive technical or legal deficiencies, if deemed to be in the best interest of the school. Prospective bidders should contact Hargrave Builders to be placed on the bid list and given access to the project. This Project is Tax Exempt. This project is prevailing wage.
