As of January 12, 2024 this project was awarded to D&D Contractors Inc with the awarded amount of $6,331,217.48 The city estimates the cost of construction to be $7.25 to $8.25 million for the base bid portion of this project. The City of Cibolo, Texas will begin soliciting Competitive ,for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment and performing all work required for there construction of three paved collector roadways(Dean Road, Lower Seguin Road, and Bolton Road) which includes minor widening, subgrade replacement, full depth repair, overlay, sign and mailbox relocation, manhole adjustment, culverts, traffic control, storm water pollution prevention, pavement markings, signs and other required road way reconstruction-related items. The City of Cibolo reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to waive informalities and irregularities.
