Reference Number 0000257341 Bid Intent Deadline 2023/10/19 01:00:00 PM CDT Pricing Lump sum Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries Corporation (MBLL) is requesting quotations from companies to provide the goods or services described below. Please note that MBLL is requesting quotes for the purposes of evaluating the scope of work to be undertaken for this project, and no contract may be awarded from this RFQ. This is a request for quotation only, and is not a tender process, and will be governed by MBLLs general RFQ terms and conditions The term of any resulting Contract/Agreement from this RFQ shall be for a period of three (3) years beginning April 1, 2024. MBLL shall have the option to extend the resulting Contract/Agreement for two (2) additional option terms of one (1) year each. The decision to exercise the optional terms shall be at the sole discretion of the MBLL. a. Commercial general liability insurance covering all operations of the Contractor with minimum coverage limits of $5,000,000, including coverage for non-owned automobiles. Said policy shall name MBLL as additional insured Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
