Renovation of a stadium in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of restoration of deteriorated concrete to the underside of the arena slab, replacement of deteriorated electrical, installation of fire protection, and upgrades to the crawlspace drainage system. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Work shall be undertaken during the facility maintenance shut down period. (b) Co-ordinate site access with existing contractors on site. (c) Concrete repairs to the underside of the arena concrete slab. (d) Replacement of deteriorated electrical components within the arena crawlspace. (e) Excavation, re-grading and providing a vapour retarder, and pre-cast concrete paver walkways to crawlspace. (f) Providing crawlspace drainage by installation of weeping tile, drainage piping, sump pits and sump pumps. (g) Providing fire protection to the arena crawlspace.
