Work of this Contract comprises of the supply and installation of a new emergency power generator, associated equipment and connections located at Deer Lodge Centre Utility Building, 2109 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3J 0L3; and further identified as Deer Lodge New Generator. A bid bond or certified cheque drawn in favour of the Owner, representing ten (10) percent of the amount of the tender shall be submitted with the tender. Prior to signing an agreement, Owner will require successful bidder to provide performance bond in amount of 50% of bid amount. Bond shall be issued by a Surety Company acceptable to Owner.
