Renovation of an educational facility in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 143,536-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.

The Project consists of the following alterations. 1. Briefly and without force and effect upon the Contract Documents, the Work of this single prime Contract can be summarized as follows: 2. Work under this Contract includes: a. Building Structure: 1) Concrete slabs on grade and miscellaneous metal items. b. Building Enclosure: 1) Exterior wall systems of face brick, cavity wall insulation. 2) Aluminum storefront systems and glazing. Aluminum louvers, translucent wall panels. 3) Roofing systems patching existing built up roofing system. c. Interior Finishes: 1) Insulated gypsum board/metal stud partitions, concrete block . 2) Floor finishes of carpet, VCT, resilient sheet goods, porcelain tile, epoxy terrazzo. 3) Wall finishes of paint, ceramic tile, porcelain tile. 4) Ceiling finishes of acoustical lay-in tile, gypsum board, gypsum board soffits, linear wood look metal ceiling. 5) Plastic laminate casework, wood science casework, HM doors and frames, access panels, hardware, glazing, acoustic treatment, lockers, stage equipment, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, markerboards, tackboards, display cases, signage. d. Mechanical Systems: 1) Plumbing including, supply and waste piping systems, piping insulation, plumbing fixtures. 2) Heating including piping, piping insulation. 3) Ventilation to include, air handlers, ductwork, duct insulation, chilled water piping, chilled beams. 4) Temperature control system. e. Electrical Systems: 1) Distribution panels, conduit and wiring. 2) Interior lighting. 3) Low voltage work to include: communications and data, PA system. 4) Fire alarm. This project includes: Mechanical and electrical system replacements. Exterior openings and interior remodel and finishes.
