JDC Curtainwall Replacement All questions regarding this project will be directed to the attention of AJ Ross, Project Manager at 651-438-4371 or emailed to aj.ross@co.dakota.mn.us. Where indicated in the attached documents, submittals will be made directly to the Project Manager This project isto replace two curtainwallsystemsin the Judicial Centerin Hastings, MN. As a part of a 1988 addition, a Kawneer 1600 curtain wall was built in the courts waiting area. The windows are no longer sealed well and have had moisture problems. The original building also has a smaller curtainwall system that needs to be replaced. The County is now looking for a full-scale replacement of these curtain wall systems. Prevailing wages are required on this project. Bids must be submitted only on the bid form supplied in this RFB document. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic bids or modifications will be considered. Submit with each bid a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to Dakota County in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid.
