This project is to procure, deliver, and install two new vertical asphalt oil storage tanks with associated pumps, piping, insulation, heat trace, ladders, catwalk, and including a concrete foundation and secondary containment. The Bid Bond must be executed by the person legally authorized to sign the bid, and must be properly signed by the representatives of the surety company unless the bid is accompanied by a certified check. If Bid Bond is furnished, the form furnished by the City must be followed; no variations from the language thereof will be accepted.
