As of January 2, 2024, the project has not been awarded and a bid tabulation has not been made public. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. This project includes an improvement of the Mount Vernon Highway corridor from Mount Vernon Walk to Perimeter Center West. This will include widening the portions of Mount Vernon Highway to add additional turn lanes, new traffic signal infrastructure, restriping, paving, drainage improvements, and a new multi-use path. The project is to be funded through the Sandy Springs TSPLOST funding.
