Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Mexico, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The City of Mexico, Missouri is requesting qualifications for architectural services to assist with the design of a Pre-engineered Metal Building (PEMB) at the City s Wastewater Treatment Plant. Work is anticipated to include development of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing plans for a new building which will house offices and a mechanical shop. The City s Engineering Division will provide a site plan while the PEMB manufacturer will provide structural plans and calculations. The engineering services required may include drafting, review of applicable Ordinances, code compliance, and site visits.
