Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Peoria, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium.
Peoria Stadium Dome Athletic Field Surface Project. The project will include furnishment and installation of a synthetic turf athletic surface (~253'x398') and sidewalk inside of the existing foundation for the future air supported dome structure. The work will include earthwork, aggregate base course, synthetic turf surfacing, p.c.c. sidewalk, miscellaneous athletic surface accessories (portable batting cages, portable fencing, goals, field markers, etc.), and miscellaneous site restoration. Bid Documents and shall be accompanied by bid guarantee consisting of Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Bank Draft made payable to Board of Education, Peoria Public School, in an amount equal to and not less than ten percent (10%) of total of bids upon which Contractor is bidding. Failure of bidder to submit Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Bank Draft in amount to cover proposals being bid upon is cause for rejection of this bid. The synthetic turf material shall be invoiced prior to October 31st, 2023. Commencement of the installation work may begin as early as March 4th, 2024.
