Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eureka, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Lake Eureka Veterans Memorial Project. City of Eureka is accepting sealed bids for the Lake Eureka Veterans Memorial Project, which includes earthwork, grading, shaping, compaction for the construction of interlocking block military service columns, installing 6- 20' service flagpoles and one 25' US flagpole. Work also includes pouring concrete walkways and installing concrete pavers. Work includes the required layout coordination for the Memorial Plaza. This project is being financed, in part, with funds from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, Open Space Lands Acquisition and Development OSLAD grant program. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, waive technicalities and select a bid that meets the specifications required by the City. The City encourages women and minority business firms to submit bids and encourages bidders to utilize minority businesses for supplies, equipment and services.
