Site work for a mixed-use development in Eureka, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Lake Eureka Park Shelters Project. City of Eureka is accepting sealed bids for the Lake Eureka Park Shelters Project, which includes concrete foundations and flatwork, limited earthwork and grading, coordination of shipping and receipt of delivery and installation and fabrication of 30 x42 Picnic Shelter from Icon Recreation Manufacturing and receipt of delivery and installation of a Band Shell Pavilion structure from RCP Shelters, Inc. Band Shell Pavilion includes earthwork, compaction, construction of interlocking block wall retaining wall, coordination and installation of 100 amp electric distribution panel and light fixtures, concrete work and landscape restoration. This project is being financed, in part, with funds from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, Open Space Lands Acquisition and Development OSLAD grant program. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, waive technicalities and select a bid that meets the specifications required by the City. The City encourages women and minority business firms to submit bids and encourages bidders to utilize minority businesses for supplies, equipment and services.
