Site work for a water / sewer project in Eureka, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work for which bids are asked includes the following: Water main replacement for South Hilldale Avenue from S Forest Park Dr to 712 S Hilldale Ave consisting of approximately 700 LF of 6-inch C900 water main, replacement and reconnection of water services, water main connections and disconnections, valves and related water main appurtenances and surface restorations. The anticipated substantial completion date is 11/15/2023 and final completion date is 11 /30/2023. Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12) Bidders shall include current State of Illinois Prevailing Wage Rates for Woodford County in their bid proposals and work. . Awarded bidder required to provide Performance Bond and Certification of Insurance listing City of Eureka and MSA Professional Services, Inc. as additional insured. . No bid may be withdrawn within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. be in accordance with the wage rate scale established by local and state wage rates. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or other protected class. OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Published by the authority of the City of Eureka.
