Site work for a water / sewer project in Eureka, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project is being funded locally. Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12) Bidders shall include current State of Illinois Prevailing Wage Rates for Woodford County in their bid proposals and work. Awarded bidder required to provide Performance Bond and Certification of Insurance listing City of Eureka and MSA Professional Services, Inc. as additional insured. The work for which bids are asked generally includes: CIPP lining consisting of approximately 5,700 LF of 8-inch and 325 LF of 6-inch sanitary sewer full liner repair including cleaning, televising, trimming roots, reaming mineral deposits, testing, ream protruding taps, and reinstating lateral connections within the City limits of Eureka. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the actual date of the opening there of. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Published by the authority of the City Of Eureka. The anticipated substantial completion date is 10/01/2023 and final completion date is 11 /01/2023.
