SCOPE OF SERVICES: o Clean and inspect the mainline requested to be relined o Install and perform a by pass if necessary o Perform lining procedure o Cut in all customer house leads o Performa final video inspection of the job. The video will be delivered to the Borough of Jamesburg representative for their records. o Provide the representative of the Borough of James burg with a written report outlining the performance of each procedure.
