Renovation of a day care center in Stamford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center.
The contractor must provide references and be licensed in the State of Connecticut. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. This bid is subject to Community Development Block Grant regulations, Federal Equal Opportunity Laws, Section 3 and Davis Bacon Wage Rates. The Stamford Community Development Office (SCDO) will be accepting sealed bids from General & Home Improvement Contractors on behalf of Children's Learning Center (CLC) located at 64 Palmers Hill Road, Stamford, CT 06902, to Install Wood Siding at our 64 Palmers Hill Road Facility Location. Contractors must have a minimum of (7) year's related experience, a DUNS number, be registered with SAM.gov and be licensed in the State of Connecticut. Contractors also must have General & Workman's Compensation Insurance for the project. This project is the second phase of our wood siding and trim replacement. Plans have been produced by Gary Tarantino, Architect. The full set consist of drawings A-l and A-2. This set includes all elevations, detail sections and construction notes necessary to complete this project. Interested bidders may purchase the drawings at County Reproduction located on Belden Street in Stamford. Any conflicts with the drawings must be brought the attention of the architect.
