Renovation of an educational facility in Pearl City, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project shall in general consist of, but is not limited to, replacing the existing pad-mounted transformer with a new pad-mounted transformer; utilizing the existing transformer pad, ducts, and cabling; and installing and removing the temporary electrical feeder to the Student Center Building (7882), as called for in the Plans and Technical Specifications. The deadline to submit requests for clarification of the requirements of this IFB is on October 13, 2023. All clarification requests shall be submitted via HePS QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS section, and all responses shall be issued in an addendum Requests for substitutions regarding the IFB and its requirements, must be submitted to the Technical Representative of the Procurement Officer (TRPO), Hiram Pajo via E-mail at hpajo@hawaii.edu no later than 4:00 p.m. (HST) on October 13, 2023. This proposal is accompanied with a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total amount proposed. The Bidder shall use the attached Surety Bid Bond form
