Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) on an on-call, as needed basis all labor, trash bins, equipment, disposal fees, and to pay all associated costs, fees, and taxes necessary to provide trash, hauling, and disposal services in Ventura County.
