The scope of work for this project consists of performing erosion repairs at Pier 7 at Kalaeloa Barbers Point Harbor. The estimated construction cost is between two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000.00) and four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000.00). To be eligible for award, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii General Engineering Contractor's "A" license at the time of bidding. TWIC security clearance will be required to complete the project. See Specifications for additional information. Hawaii Products Preference does not apply.
