Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Leesburg, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This multi-year project provides for the design and construction of miscellaneous improvements to roadways, trails, and sidewalks to extend the long-term life of the facilities and to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This work will involve enhancing ADA curb ramps and crosswalks, eliminating trip hazards, deep patching of roadway pavements, and other related work as outlined in the Town's ADA Transition Plan. This project improves sustainability by improving ADA accessibility as well as bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure The project is included in the City's 2026-2031 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of November 15, 2025, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
