The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to construct a new Solid Waste Convenience Center at Lot B of the Loudoun County Solid Waste Management Facility (LCSWMF). Unauthorized contact with other Loudoun County staff regarding the IFB may result in the disqualification of the Bidde Road, Leesburg, Virginia 20175 (the "Project"). The Project includes all associated site improvements and amenities typically required for such facilities. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, and incidental services necessary for the construction of the Project including: o Site development for the convenience center, grading, cut and fill, concrete wall installation, concrete slabs, concrete medians, pavement, guardrail, and striping o Asphalt roads and parking areas o Electrical systems installation o Installation of force main and grinder pump o Concrete slabs and metal awning structures o Stormwater management systems, including pond SB-2 o Utility connections and supporting infrastructure o Provide and install new trailer The Project includes all associated site improvements and amenities typically required for such facilities.
