Site work and paving for a civil project in Pass Christian, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project includes construction of a new 12-inch gravity sanitary sewer main under North Street from the vicinity of the intersection with Clarence Avenue to the vicinity of the intersection with Woodman Avenue with manholes and all related appurtenances as well as reconstruction of the road. The project also includes abandonment and plugging of the existing sanitary sewer mains as well as connection to the new main at select locations as part of the base bid. There is a bid alternate which includes removal and replacement of the existing gravity sanitary sewer with manholes and related appurtenances in the right of way. Each bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form payable to the City of Pass Christian in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The City of Pass Christian reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality. Bids may be held by the City of Pass Christian for the purpose of review for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the bid opening.
