Site work for a water / sewer project in Leesburg, Virginia. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Based on March 2022 inspection, this project will inspect and re-coat the interior and exterior of the Sycolin Road water storage tank. Sycolin Road tank was constructed in 2010. This project is included in the city's Capital Improvement Program for FY2026-2031. As of June 23, 2025, the engineer's final design plans are nearly complete and are expected to be received by the Town prior to Summer 2025. The scope of work recommended by the engineer includes interior and exterior coating systems replacement. Anticipated construction April 2028. Engineer not identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
