The SCBE requests bids for Cherokee ES HVAC Replacement. The specifications are contained in the Design Project Manual. Responses submitted must meet or exceed all requirements. Bids that do not meet or exceed all requirements will be considered non-responsive. The Cherokee ES HVAC Replacement scope of work includes, but not limited to, determining the best HVAC system for the project with the focus on the equipment. Additional scope information is provided (See page 14 for the detailed scope of services and link to access drawings/specifications). SCBE has set a Minority or Woman-owned Business Enterprises goal of 17.2% for this project.
