Renovation of a mixed-use development in Johnson City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, superintendence, safety, quality control, and administrative oversite to perform work for VA Project #621-23-100 "Renovate Bldg. 200 Atrium" at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Mountain Home, TN in accordance with the information graphically indicated on "For Construction Documents" drawings and specifications. Work includes, but is not limited to, general demolition/new construction/ alterations of existing floors, walls, finishes, casework, temporary signage, infection control measure/barriers, overhead protection, storefront/curtain/skylight glass system, electrical/data/fire alarm systems, lighting systems, mechanical systems, plumbing systems, communication systems, and certain other items. Project Magnitude is between $2,000,000 - $5,000,000 All RFIs submitted shall include the project number and title, contractor name, city, state, phone number, date submitted and RFI questions. Questions received after 2:00 PM CT December 15, 2023 will not be answered unless it is determined to be in the best interest of the government. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted. For clarifications and questions, submit a written request for information (RFI) to jeannette.morphew@va.gov. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
