Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % The Work consists of asbestos abatement activities, demolition of the existing building and UST tank Removal, at the Adams County Youth Center and "SFR - 20800 E 152nd Ave and SFR-14151 Potomac St. Brighton" The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, bonds, and permits to complete the Project as specified in the Contract Documents.
