Reference Number 0000332565 The intent of this contract is to establish a contractual source to provide underground utility location services and related work on an as needed basis in accordance with Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations for the Department of Public Works. Additionally, the intent is for the County to maintain compliance with Colorado One Call Law Title 9 Safety-Industrial and Commercial, Article 1.5 Excavation Requirements which mandates member facility owners/operators provide a Positive Response to the excavator through Colorado 811.
