The project is expected to be awarded on August 19th, 2025.** Art Station Project The project of a new, approximately 4,900 sf facility to house art programming in Larkspur Park. The building will provide year-round community activities and programs for preschool and school age children, teens, adults, seniors and families. The building will have three classroom spaces including one clay studio with adjacent kiln room. Office, workroom, restrooms, and support spaces are also accommodated. The project includes the furnishings, fixtures, and support equipment to yield a fully functional space. Associated sitework and utilities are also a part of the project.
