Renovation of a detention facility in Florence, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The State is seeking a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for completion of the CMAR - ASPC - Eyman, HVAC Upgrades. The selected contractor, the Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) and the A/E Design Team (Design Professional) will use a team approach on this project. Prospective bidders wishing to attend at the facility should contact Frank Armenta at (480) 313- 5497 Email farmenta@azadc.gov, by no later than October 12, 2023 to advise of attendance and obtain Security clearance for all personnel attending. The site walk throughs have been cancelled. Award November 17, 2023
