The Town of Florence is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeking bids from qualified vendors with demonstrated experience and qualifications to provide fencing materials for the Town of Florence. Experience working with municipalities or other government entities is highly desirable. Question Submission Deadline:October 16, 2023, 3:00pm Contractors shall be responsible for any licenses or permits required by the regulatory agency of the State of Arizona that apply to the performance of this contract. The Town of Florence reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or to accept any Bids, or to waive any informality in any Bid, or to withhold the award if deemed in the best interest of the Town of Florence. Description The Town of Florence is requesting bids for fencing materials for two (2) ballfields at Heritage Park. The Town has provided estimated details for the fencing needs below. It is up to the bidder to make sure that all items needed for the fencing project are included in the bid submitted. A site visit is recommended to ensure all materials needed are accounted for.
