Site work for a water / sewer project in Celina, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Project scope shall include the Utility Improvements, approximately 9,873 LF of 12" and 8" PVC waterline, 8,649 LF of 12"-8" PVC sanitary sewer, and 6,151 LF of 11' x 4' RCB to 18" RCP storm sewer, all as per NCTCOG, Construction Plans, and North Parkway Municipal Management District No. 1 specifications to serve 186 lots on approximately 50 acres. The project is located North and West of the intersection of FM 455 and CR 9 in City of Celina, Collin County, Texas. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to commence prior to December 2023. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
