Reference Number 0000257407 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/10/13 02:00:00 PM EDT Pricing Lump sum TBRHSC is intending to enter into a contract with a qualified Proponent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) process for the delivery of Commissioning Authority Services through the project design and construction. The project objective is to complete a new 20,000 square foot addition and renovation of a new Cardiovascular Surgery (CVS) program and existing Medical Department Reprocessing Department (MDRD) of the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre (TBRHSC). The term of the agreement is to be for a period of four (4) years with an option in favour of TBRHSC to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to one (1) year. ) Commercial general liability insurance on an occurrence basis for third party bodily injury, personal injury and property damage, to an inclusive limit of not less than five million ($5,000,000) dollars per occurrence, five million ($5,000,000) dollars products and completed operations aggregate.
