The Board of Education of St. Mary's County on behalf of St. Mary's County Public Schools (SMCPS) is requesting sealed bids from experienced and qualified Contractors to provide services to pump and transport waste from sewage, septic, lift stations and grease traps as needed at locations throughout the school system. Contractors responding to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) must be available by telephone twenty-four (24) hours a day, three hundred and sixty-five (365) days a year, and be able to arrive at a worksite within two (2) hours of receiving an emergency call from SMCPS. There is no exception. Bids submitted in any other manner (mail, email, etc.) will not be considered. In order to submit a bid, vendors must register on the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage website. After registering, vendors may then upload their bid response documents (in Word, PDF, etc.). Contractors shall assume full responsibility for timely delivery of the bid response to the location designated for receipt of bids. Bids received after the time and date will be considered unresponsive. Question Deadline 10/19/2023 at 1:00 PM ET
