The work under this Contract includes all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and services to supply chemicals for the City of Kalama water treatment facility and wastewater treatment facility for the period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. The chemicals to be purchased are diatomaceous earth, sodium hypochlorite, sodium hydroxide, calcium nitrate (Bioxide) and sodium fluoride. The City of Kalama expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities or informalities and to further make award of the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interest of the City of Kalama.
