Reference Number AB-2023-06007 Question Deadline 10/20/2023 at 2:00 PM MT Wheatland County is requesting proposals from Inspection Agency firms to provide necessary Safety Codes Services in the Building, Plumbing, Private Sewage, Gas, and Electrical disciplines. The County seeks to enter into a contract with an organization that can provide these services under the appropriate authority from the Safety Codes Council. The County is also accredited in the Fire Discipline. Wheatland County is inviting proposals for a Unit Price contract for the provision of Safety Codes Services Without limiting or restricting any obligations, responsibilities or liabilities under this Agreement, the Agency shall provide, maintain and pay for insurance coverage in accordance with the Alberta Insurance Act and be in a form acceptable to the Municipality. comprehensive or commercial general liability insurance within limits of not less than $5,000,000.00 (Five Million Dollars) inclusive per occurrence, and annual aggregate, if any. of not less than that $10,000,000.00 (Ten Million Dollars) insuring against personal injury, bodily injury and property damage (including loss of use thereof).
