Road Restoration Services. The City of Sunrise requires a contractor for the maintenance, installation and repairs of roadways, driveways, approaches, and parking surfaces within the City's utilities franchise area, as needed. Within the scope of work of road repair, the Contract may be utilized by other City departments as needed. The Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, excavation of existing patch, installation and proper compaction of road rock, laying, spreading, rolling and proper compaction of asphaltic concrete and disposal of surplus materials and restoration as directed by the City on an as-needed basis. The Contractor shall be responsible for cleaning up the project site within twenty-four (24) hours after completion of the work on any project (refer to page 00400-3, SITE RESTORATION). Excess material shall be properly disposed of at Contractor's sole expense and in accordance with applicable City Codes.
