Reference Number 0000332055 The City of Victoria, Texas, "the City", requests Statements of Qualifications ("SOQs") from qualified firms desiring to develop a strategic, multimodal, performance-based, comprehensive 2050 Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) for the Victoria Metropolitan Planning (MPO). The objective of this RFQ is to compile a list of qualified firms to develop an update to the previous long-range transportation plan, the 2045 MTP. Although the MPO's MTP update will build upon previous plans and adopted policies, respondents to this RFQ are encouraged to assemble a wide-ranging team of consultants that have demonstrable experience and skills in long-range transportation plan development.
