As of 1/08/2024 The project was overbudget. HVAC Improvements Project All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the County reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. Questions regarding plans and specifications should be addressed in writing to Palmer Conservation Consulting, Attn: Eric Booher atebooher@palmerc2.com. Last day for questions will be Monday, December 4th, 2023, at Noon local time.
