The HA is headed by an Executive Director (ED) and is governed by a five-person board of commissioners and is subject to the requirements of Title 24 of the Code of Federal Regulations (hereinafter, "CFR") and the HA's procurement policy. 1.2 Purpose The Alexander City Housing Authority (ACHA) seeks proposals from qualified, bonded, and licensed contractors to replace water lines from the Main to Outside of the Apartments located in Springhill & Gunter Circle (hereinafter, Amp 1) and Laurel Heights, Jefferson Heights, Adams Court & Mallory Circle (hereinafter, Amp 2). 1.3 Method of Solicitation ACHA is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified, bonded, and licensed Contractors with a documented record of accomplishments providing the required services.
