Installation of two 6-inch private sanitary sewer lines from the sanitary sewer extension along 87th Ave SW to the WPFR Station 24 building located at 8310 87th Ave SW, Lakewood. 3. Installation of an oil water separator. 4. Decommission of septic system. 5. Pavement restoration.
