Custodial Services contract for facilities Bids may be awarded by the Board of Directors at the regular meeting of the Commodore Perry School Board to be held on October 30, 2023 at 6:00 pm. Any bid award is contingent upon the successful bidder entering into a contract as drafted and approved by the district solicitor The Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities that serve the interests of the Commodore Perry School District. All bids must be on a lump sum basis; segregated bids will not be accepted. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the Base Bid in the form of a surety bond or a certified check drawn in favor of the Commodore Perry School District. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days from the bid receipt date
