Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gordo, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of January 5, 2024, project was awarded to Struthers Recreation, awarded amount is $289,469.87. Provision of equipment and installation of a 1,250 square feet, once through, splash pad and provision of equipment and installation of playground equipment and engineered wood surface at the Gordo Town Park. The Town of Gordo will complete rough grading of the site, installation of a 4-inch water line to the splash pad site, installation of an 18-inch storm drain, installation of electrical power source and conduit, and concrete sidewalk. Bidders shall submit with their bid the items noted in the Instructions to Bidders.
